Refunds and Exchanges

Tickets are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend a concert, you may exchange your ticket for another concert* in the same season up to 24 hours before your ticketed concert by contacting us at tickets@novaslc.org. Alternately, you may donate the ticket back to NOVA Chamber Music Series as a tax-deductible donation.

* Patrons exchanging a Libby Gardner Series ticket for a Gallery Series concert will be charged a $10 upgrade fee.

Pre-Concert Lectures

A pre-concert discussion of the music will take place in the hall at 2:30pm prior to each Libby Gardner Series concert. Admission to the discussion is free for all ticket holders.

Late Seating

Latecomers will be admitted at appropriate breaks in the concert, as determined by management.

Children

We welcome music lovers aged 8 years old and older.

Prohibited Items

» Food and beverages (except bottled water) are not allowed in the halls.

» Weapons of any kind are not permitted.

» Photography and recording of any kind are prohibited.

» Please silence all electronic devices before the concert begins.
